Option 1
“Prowler Base+1”
1. Load up a manageable weight.
2. Sprint 40m at 85% intensity.
3. Rest 30 sec.
4. Repeat 5-15 times.

Option 2
10 rounds:
25 yd yoke carry
Rest 1 minute

Tabata Mash-up 1:

Tabata Jumping Squats

“Tabata” refers to 0:20 of work followed by 0:10 of rest, for eight rounds (total of four minutes). Score only your lowest number of reps per exercise.
