A big congratulations goes out to everyone who competed in the Testify Barbell Bash this past weekend! There was a lot of great lifting, and despite the rain, it was a great time. Also, a big thank you to everyone who helped – loaders, referees, marshals . . . thank you!

Finale
Complete 20 or 40 TTB in as few sets as possible (no more than 5 sets). Between sets, practice static handstands (i.e., no handstand walking).
